OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
We post out on Mondays and Tuesdays each week. Orders placed after Midday Monday will be posted the following week.
Merchandise orders are posted by dropship companies and are made to order so they may take upto two weeks before postage is sent. Please keep this in mind if you are adding merchandise with a plant order as this may hold up your plants arrival.
We recommend to make your plant orders separate to merch orders at the checkout so your plants aren’t held up by the drop shipping companies.
Please note that our couriers (Auspost) occasionally mess up and errors on their behalf may be out of our control, such as lost or damaged parcels. We will not be held responsible for errors made by Auspost or any other couriers we may use in the future. Auspost offers insurance on their services for an additional $2 per $100 spent. Orders under $50 are automatically covered for their value by Auspost. Please note at the checkout if you’d like to add additional insurance to your order for extra protection.
That being said though, it is pretty uncommon for things to go wrong and these issues are usually resolved quite easily by contacting us.
It is upto the buyer to follow up with Auspost if there are issues out of our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items that expire after 1 week from the date of the arrival are not eligible for a refund.
Please contact us straight away If our products arrive damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, we will be happy to organise a replacement or refund if the fault is on our behalf.
We will do everything in our control to ensure your order arrives safely and in good condition.
We will not be held responsible for any loss due to poor care, neglect or buyers mistakes.
We have some care recommendations on the websites forum that may be of assistance to you once your package arrives.
